Managing Director
A graduate from the prestigious St Stephens College in Delhi, he is an industry stalwart, with over 40 years of experience in dealing with different railway products and bringing diverse technology to India. Under his leadership the company has grown by leaps and bounds.
Mr. Yash Sehgal
Director (Technical)
A qualified mechanical engineer and graduate of management from IIM Kozhikode (2006). He has hands-on experience of over 20 years in this sector and is currently heading the Technical Division of the Company.
Mr. Venket Rao
Sr. Vice President (Operations & Strategy)
An aviation expert, he has over 12 years of experience in operations and maintenance of different types of assets in the Metro and Railways market in India. He oversees the operations & strategy function at VIPL while supporting the organization to attain its long-term goals.
Mr. Dinkar Gupta
Vice President – Operations
An army veteran, who has recently taken over the day-to-day operations vertical at VIPL. He has a vast experience maintaining Electronic warfare equipment, Tanks, Load carriers to Earthmoving equipment for the Indian Army.
Ms. Bhavna Chhatwani
Legal & HR Head
Graduate of the Campus Law Center, Law faculty in Delhi University (2003). She has experience working with Big 4 Tax consultancy and then branching out on her own. She has since then diversified towards Human Resource Management at Vandhana along with handling the Legal function at the Company.
